Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your settings page and your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your subscriber role is removed and you stop being charged.
What’s the difference between mentr+ and mentr Pro?
mentr+ TFT and mentr+ Riftbound each give you access to one title. mentr Pro bundles both for less than the cost of subscribing to both individually.
I’m a mentr apprentice or graduate. Do I get a discount?
Yes. Active apprentices get mentr+ free for their title during their cohort. Graduates get an ongoing discount on monthly subscriptions. Log in with Discord above to see your pricing.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or swap titles from your settings page anytime. The price difference is prorated to your next billing date.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe will automatically retry the charge over the following 3 weeks and email you about updating your payment method. You can also update it anytime from your settings page.
