What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund (minus the small payment processing fee). Cancel under 24 hours and the refund is 50%. If your mentor has to cancel, you receive a full refund. Full terms on our

How is this different from the full set program?
The bulk program is 20 hours over 10 weeks with the same mentor, group sessions, end-of-set tournament access, and a progress report. It is the deepest investment we offer. 1-on-1 coaching is for players who want to drop in for a single session or a small package without the long-term commitment.
What is the 4-session bundle?
Buy four sessions up front with one mentor and save 10% on the total. Sessions can be scheduled across any dates that work for you within 30 days. Each session is still a full one-hour booking.
What if a mentor is fully booked?
When a mentor pauses bookings, their card shows a Notify Me button instead. Enter your email and we will let you know the moment they reopen.
Can I get a refund on a 4-pack?
Yes. Each session in the bundle is refunded separately under the same 24-hour rule as single sessions. Refund per session is one quarter of what you paid for the bundle.
